Square Enix Announces Two 3DS Games 3DS

The RPG factory will be churning out two games with beloved characters in three dimensions.

Square Enix has announced two new games for the Nintendo 3DS. The first game is Kingdom Hearts 3D, and the second is Chocobo Racing 3D. Although no specifics have been released regarding either, one would expect that these will be sequels to the long running franchises. No release pricing details have been revealed.

Tecmo Koei Announces Four 3DS Games 3DS

Lots of action titles are on the way to the new handheld.

Tecmo Koei has announced four titles for the Nintendo 3DS, including Dead or Alive 3D, Samurai Warriors 3D, Ninja Gaiden 3D, and Dynasty Warriors 3D. All of these titles are working titles.

No further details has been revealed about these games.

Nintendo has a pretty impressive list of games in development that were not shown at the press conference.

Nintendo Discusses 3DS Game Lineup 3DS

Today's press conference reveals that the handheld has considerable industry backing right out of the gate.

The new handheld features an analog stick, a larger, wider top screen, and plenty of other goodies.

The Nintendo 3DS was finally unveiled at Nintendo's E3 2010 Press Conference today. The device looks nearly identical to a Nintendo DSi, except that it has a larger, wider top screen along with an analog stick.

Retro Studios Bringing Donkey Kong to Wii Wii

Step aside Samus, the big ape is the next delivery from Retro!

Nintendo's E3 Press Conference has revealed Donkey Kong Country Returns, a new Wii game from Retro Studios.

The game is in the same style as the old Donkey Kong Country games, but on a much grander scale. Featuring beautiful visuals and interaction with both foreground and background objects, it is a side-scrolling platformer that truly takes the Donkey Kong concept to the next level.

Nintendo Unveils Kirby's Epic Yarn for Wii Wii

The pink puffball is back in a BIG way!

Today's E3 Press Conference from Nintendo revealed Kirby's Epic Yarn, a new Kirby platformer for Wii.

The game features Kirby running through colorful "yarn"-themed environments, pulling away strings from underneath objects and monsters in order to progress.

Nintendo Confirms GoldenEye 007 for Wii Wii

The classic is reborn exclusively for Wii, courtesy of Activision.

Confirming the trailer that was leaked yesterday, today Nintendo confirmed a Wii-exclusive remake of Goldeneye 007 exclusively for Wii.

The trailer was that was leaked was the one used in Nintendo's E3 presentation today, so have a look if you haven't seen it. The game is being developed by Activision.

Nintendo Announces Golden Sun: Dark Dawn for DS DS

The long-rumored DS RPG is confirmed for this holiday.

Nintendo has announced the RPG Golden Sun: Dark Dawn for the Nintendo DS.

The game continues the Golden Sun saga, and features lots of 3D overheard action and gorgeous environments. There are also lots of cutscenes that utilize both DS screens.

Golden Sun: Dark Dawn is scheduled to release this holiday season.

Tony Hawk: Shred Revealed Wii

The Birdman will also be taking to snowy slopes in this year's iteration.

Tony Hawk: Shred is definitely going to feature both skateboarding and snowboarding, according to a trailer shown at Activision's E3 preview event.

The sequel to last year's Tony Hawk: Ride will use the same board controller as last year, though the trailer showed another board controller that had different artwork.

EA Sports Active 2 Gets a Name Change, Release Date Wii

Shedding the 2.0 moniker, EA Sports Active 2 is coming out November 16.

At EA's E3 press conference, the firm title and release date for EA Sports Active 2 was announced.

The game, set for a November 16 release, was previously known as EA Sports Active 2.0, and features two wireless sensors that read your heart rate while you play.

EA Sports Active 2 is playable on the E3 show floor.

Ubisoft Unveils Raving Rabbids Travel in Time Wii

During their pre-E3 press conference, Ubisoft announced Raving Rabbids Travel in Time.

The title is set to be the latest adventure in the Raving Rabbids series, following the well-recieved Rabbids Go Home. It will feature the Rabbids at various periods throughout time, battling cavemen, gladiators and knights.
