The president of Nintendo second-party Silicon Knights and creator of the upcoming Eternal Darkness offers his thoughts about Resident Evil on GameCube.

While covering the Resident Evil announcements at ungodly hours of the morning, one of the questions we asked ourselves was (somewhat jokingly), "What will Denis Dyack think of all this?" On one hand, he's developing what could be considered a competitor to the RE series...on the other hand, we know him to be a big fan of Capcom's survival-horror games.

...with a car. Electronic Arts have confirmed a new GameCube title starring Springfield's favorite family.

Electronic Arts has confirmed that it will release a version of Simpsons’ Road Rage for the NINTENDO GAMECUBE. Revealed at E3, the game features Homer driving around Springfield picking up… Oh, who am I fooling?!? It’s CRAZY TAXI with the Simpsons. Original the game is not, but it is Simpsons, and it’s one more title for the Cube.

Ever since the original DC game PSO came out, people have commented that it would make a perfect PC game. A gameplay style not unlike the uber-popular Diablo II, it appears Sega and Sonic Team have agreed with the general public. Like the GCN version, the game will just be called "Phantasy Star Online," though it is really version 2.

World Trade Center, Pentagon Attacked

Further updates to PGC suspended for the remainder of the day, out of respect for the lives lost in New York, Washington DC, and Pennsylvania.

Early this morning, terrorists hijacked two planes bound for Los Angeles from Boston, and crashed the planes into the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center. The resulting impact and structural damage caused each of those towers to later collapse. Fire and stress would also manage to destroy Building 7 ... a 40+ story building at the World Trade Center complex as well.
