The Planet GameCube E3 video is officially shipping today. You should be receiving the video sometime next week. We apologize for the extremely long delay. We had hoped to get the video out a lot earlier, but due to many factors beyond our control, and taking into consideration this was our first video project…it’s made things take longer than originally projected. But alas, it’s on it’s way to you.

There were some problems with some credit cards bouncing and expiring, but the video is now shipping to people who have ordered it. If there was a problem with your Credit Card, you have already been contacted. If your order was correctly processed, you will be receiving your video next week. Check with your Credit card company to see if a charge has been made. If there’s been a charge made, you can assume everything went okay.
