Nyko's finally revealed its 3rd party GameCube peripherals!
Nyko, a standard in Game Boy peripherals, has announced some GameCube products available at the US launch of the system. PGC finally has a video of Toonami's GameCube ad in motion!
As you probably already know, Cartoon Newtork and Toonami are running a contest called "Lock Down," sponsored by GameCube. Since many don't have the joy that is Cartoon Network, and the full version is very rare anyway, I (TYP) decided to start videotaping commercials at peak times. Unfortunately, I always got the version without the GCN logo.

Batman, Rogue Spear, and Evolution (!?!) are heading to GameCube, courtesy of Ubi Soft.
Today massive publisher Ubi Soft announced six GameCube titles to be released within the first five months of the system's life. They are Batman: Vengeance, Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Rogue Spear, Rayman Arena, Evolution Worlds, Disney's Tarzan Untamed, and Disney's Donald Duck Goin' Quackers.

Midway Games has issued a financial statement listing thirteen GameCube titles set for release by the end of 2002. Spy Hunter, Defender, Mortal Kombat 5 and more!
Yesterday, Midway released its financial forecast for the year 2002. The report included a list of games for each of the three next-gen systems that will be supported in that timeframe, and GameCube definitely has some new titles in the pipeline. Here's a quick and dirty list:

ToysRUs.com says it will sell GameCubes only in bundle form.
In a Reuters news report appearing at C|net, the Toys 'R Us online component has said it will sell GameCubes only in bundles. That doesn't necessarily mean bundles will be mandatory at the physical Toys 'R Us stores or any other retailer, but it's interesting nonetheless.

Thanks to the Canadian web-store Futureshop, we now have pictures of the packaging the "Cubetrollers" will come in. Check out that price! UPDATED
It seems that Futureshop, the Canadian webstore, has posted up it's GameCube section complete with pictures of packaging. The first Sega Sports title for GameCube has been announced.
Brace yourselves...NBA 2k2 is coming to GameCube, and that's official. The game will star the Philadelphia 76ers' Allen Iverson, and it's due to hit GameCube "in the first part of 2002".
Sega's Tennis 2k2 and NFL 2k2 are also going multi-platform, but they have not been announced for GameCube, and we can't say for sure if they will be.

Pictures of GameCube game box art come out of nowhere!
It seems that MIPS GAMECUBE has found pictures of the box art for Luigi's Mansion, Wave Race: Blue Storm, and Pikmin. As previously confirmed, the games are in DVD cases. The Luigi's Mansion box art features Luigi screaming with some ghosts in the background. The Wave Race box features the "monster" logo. And the Pikmin box art has a bunch of Pikmin running from a ladybug creature.
