A Wii U version of the game could still happen in the future, but isn't actively being worked on.
Metro: Last Light, the sequel to the bleak 2010 shooter Metro 2033, is no longer confirmed to release on Wii U, according to THQ Global Brand Manager Mark Madsen.
In an interview with Digital Spy, Madsen noted that while a Wii U port of the game "could" occur in the future, work on such a version is not happening at present.

Nintendo Power's cover story goes over MercurySteam's 3DS debut.
Castlevania: Lords of Shadow - Mirror of Fate, a new entry in the Castlevania series made by Lords of Shadow developer MecurySteam, is coming to 3DS.
The game was originally revealed in a confirmed rumor last week, and now there is no room for doubt. Mirror of Fate appears to be a side-scrolling game that shares graphical similarities to Sega's Shinobi 3DS title from last year. The camera might be more dynamic, though.

Harvest Moon: A New Beginning will be coming to 3DS in North America by the end of 2012, as reported by a recent press release from Natsume.
The focus of A New Beginning lies in customization; for the first time in series history, players can customize their appearance as well as their farm. Outfits, facial expression, gender, skin color, hairstyle, and more can be customized.

It's not much, but it exists all right.
Pokémon Conquest pre-order purchases at GameStop will come with passwords for various Pokémon, including Emolga, Riolu, Scyther, Lapras, and Pikachu.
Furthermore, those who spend 1000 Power-Up Rewards points will receive another five passwords for Larvitar, Axew, Beldum, Sneasel, and Darmanitan. Because the passwords are universal, everyone who pre-orders the game (or spends the points) will receive the exact same code.

Don't have an EB or JB Hi-Fi near you? I've done the leg work.
Here are the first two QR codes for unlockable Yoshi colours in Mario Tennis Open for 3DS. The black Yoshi code was posted in EB Games, and the white in JB Hi-Fi.
Please note that these codes will only work with the Australian and European versions of the game, and the black and white Yoshi have not yet been released in USA.

Nintendo posted an image of the Wii U logo on their press site confirming that the Wii U will not undergo any name change at E3.
The logo was also put up on the company's new Wii U Facebook page, which includes a video from Nintendo of America President Reggie Fils-Aime.

Pokémon Dream Radar and Pokédex 3D Pro are releasing in Australia and New Zealand later this year alongside Pokémon Black and White 2, as reported by a recent press release.
Although no release date was specified, the titles are slated for a release later this Spring in Australia, which is a tentative release period for Black and White 2.

Square-Enix's Mini-Ninjas is set to have a sequel released soon, a listing on the Australian Classification Board confirms.
Named Mini-Ninjas: Hiro's Adventure, the game will be developed by IO Interactive, who also developed the original game. The only detail about the game is that it has been rated PG for Mild Violence. No system was mentioned, however the original Mini-Ninjas was released on all major platforms, including the Wii and DS.

The Nintendo 3DS is the fastest selling Nintendo handheld to reach this milestone.
The Nintendo 3DS has reached 6 million units sold in its native land of Japan, Famitsu.com recently reported. Based on sales data by Enterbrain, the system was able to reach the sales milestone during its 65th week at retail.
The whole sales total from launch is 6,017,206 units. Based on the same data, the 3DS is the first Nintendo handheld to reach 5 million in such a short amount of time.
