Multiple finished Wii U titles are under Ubisoft's belt, but we might not see them for a while.
Ubisoft has an unconfirmed number of finished Wii U games that the company is waiting to release until the system gets a larger install base, Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot has told Polygon.

WayForward’s third Shantae game will come to both current Nintendo platforms by late summer.
Shantae and the Pirate’s Curse, originally announced as a 3DS exclusive, is now scheduled to come to Wii U as well.
The Wii U version will feature the same in-game pixel art that IntiCreates designed for the 3DS version, but the presentation on the home console version will be enhanced by mixing in HD illustrations for menus, cutscenes, and dialogue. Off-TV play will also be available for those playing on Wii U.

Goodbye Galaxy Games' will be bringing Tappingo 2 to the Nintendo 3DS eShop, Nintendo has announced
This new edition of the pixel puzzle game will feature over 100 new puzzles, in addition to a zooming feature which will let players close in on sections of larger puzzles, and more.
A release date for Tappingo 2 has not yet been announced, but you can check out the trailer below.

Capcom's Unity blog has announced fifteen upcoming titles for the Virtual Console.
These titles have been announced for the North American and European markets due for release by the end of 2014. Old Capcom games from their SNES, GBA and NES libraries will be making their way to the Wii U and Nintendo 3DS. Here is a list of titles scheduled for release for the rest of 2014:

Big John Games is bringing two new 3DS games to the eShop this summer that are focused on blowing **** up.
Thorium Wars: Attack of the Starfighter and Strike Force Foxx are coming to 3DS eShop this summer from developer Big John Games.
Thorium Wars: Attack of the Starfighter, due out in August, is a follow-up to the 2009 DSiWare game Thorium Wars. This Star Fox-like shooter takes place in space and features three different ships that you can use to fight off the evil Thorions. It features three difficulty levels.

Shigeru Miyamoto will be showing new projects tomorrow.
Nintendo of America posted on their Twitter account that Shigeru Miyamoto will be on hand to present new projects on the Live Treehouse stream tomorrow. Nothing specific regarding time or what projects, but it's certainly interesting to see that he will have a presence at the events.

The Germany office will now be consolidated with the office in Frankfurt.
Nintendo of Europe is closing its headquarters in Großostheim, Germany, and will instead be run out of the Frankfurt office.
The cost-cutting move has left 130 without jobs, according to Eurogamer. In a statement provided to the site, Nintendo of Europe said that the move was to allow more flexibility within the video game business.

All Hoenn starters will now have Mega Evolutions.
New Mega Evolutions for specific Pokémon have been revealed in the latest issue of CoroCoro magazine.
Swampert, Sceptile and legendary Pokémon Diancie all have new Mega Evolutions in Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. Mega Swampert retains his type, but now has the Swift Swim ability. Mega Sceptile is now Grass/Dragon and it's ability is Lightning Rod. Diancie's ability and type is currently unknown.

From July 4 through July 6, the Pokémon US National Championships, being held in Indianapolis, will be livestreamed via Twitch.
The stream sessions will cover both Pokémon X & Y, and trading card game matches. Swiss rounds stream on July 5, while top-cut matches and the finals will be streamed July 6. The schedule is as follows, but is subject to change:

Both Wii U and 3DS owners will get to dig in.
The retro-inspired, Kickstarter-funded title Shovel Knight has been finalized for a June 26 eShop release on both Wii U and 3DS, developer Yacht Club Games has announced.
This date only applies to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Yacht Club says they've been "working through localization and ratings specific to the European region" and hope to have something to announce soon in that regard.

Could we be seeing Nintendo's answer to LittleBigPlanet?
A photo has supposedly leaked out from Nintendo's E3 booth, and has revealed a possible new game entitled Mario Maker.
Judging from the photo provided, the game involves having full control of the assets from the original Super Mario Bros., and being able to make your own levels by placing pits, enemies, blocks, and more wherever you like. It is unclear if they intend to include other Mario titles.
