Heh, I have to do that 'work offline' thing whenever I start up IE

You may have to consider a reformat Mario, your PC sounds like it's been eaten by glitchy spy-ware, or it's just being a solid block of urine. Don't ask me where I come up with these things..

Erm, yeah. I had a fun day shopping today
My intention was to find a copy of Harvest Moon, either a second hand SNES copy or the PSone version. I didn't really have high hopes of finding either.

BAM, first shop I enter, Target, has three copies of Harvest Moon: Back to Nature on PSone, all dusty, lurking behind stinky copies of Gran Turismo 2. No price...

Take it to guy a checkout, $18.95! =O
After doing a bit of an excited poo in my pants, I forked over the money. Then the Final Fantasy fan-fare played, followed by the opening treasure chest jingle from Zelda.

OFF I GO.
To EB..

I play a bit of Eye Toy: Play, and I drew in a crowd, too. Because I actually knew what I was doing in the robot monkey punching game
Look around, see Rayman 3 on PS2 for $40... Think about getting it.....

Actually, I spent like 15 minutes thinking. I'm never good with decisions like these. DECLINE. Walk out.

Walk around in circles for a bit, go down a floor. FIND $5 ON GROUND! People were walking over it! SILLY FOOLS! NOW IT'S MINE!

Go to Big W. Browse around DVD section. Come very close to getting both M*A*SH the Movie and Good Morning Vietnam. DECLINE. Because like I said, I'm pretty hopeless when it comes to making a decision. As I'm exiting the DVD section, I spot a bright DVD box with FUTURAMA on it!

=O
They're now selling the first seasion of Futurama in broken up volumes, instead of having to buy the expensive box-set! ONLY $13!!!!ONE
I would of bought all three volumes to make up the complete series, but I only really need the first volume, as I have the majority of episodes on tape

BUY. PRODUCE HAPPY FACE.

EXIT STAGE RIGHT!

Barrel roll into Dickhead Smith, because 50% thing ends soon-ish. See Simpsons Road Rage... Realize it's a fairly average game, but for $25.. Hey. You know. Pie. Moon pie.

HEAD TO COUNTER! Guy goes out back to get me a SHINY new copy... TIME PASSES....
He returns with no SHINY new copy, just box off shelve.

Explains that he cannot find a new copy, all that is left is the shelve box and the CD. I make a sad face. No instruction box. He then talks to the other store dude, other store dude looks at me.

"Er, yeah, sorry mate, this is all we've got... Um... We can give it to ya for $15 if ya want"

HAPPY FACE.
Yes!

Road Rage for $15 IS A GOOD PRICE FOR NUTMEG.

WHAT A LONG POST.
As you can tell, I'm being a lazy sh**t, and the new comic hasn't been finished, it WILL be up before Sunday

NOW I'M OFF TO WATCH FUTURAMA AND PLAY STUFF! HOLY CRAP WE NEED TO ALL GET TOGETHER AND PLAY iSKETCH!!!!

Eye-toy is for kids.
It's fun for a while, but you get tired of it.

I thought it was something that interacted with EXISTING games. You know, pretend you hand is the gun in a First person shooter, actually act out the punches and kicks and jumps and sword swings in an action/adventure game. That would be totally kick ass....

If they are doing that already with games like 007 and stuff, then.................meh.

I'll translate this post for you: I wish the Eye-Toy was invented by Nintendo and was on Gamecube, not PS2

Yeah.....I wish it was invented by Nintendo too. I played that ninja game where you slap people that come from the sides, using the straw form my drink. The appeal to kids comes where I was just standing there sipping my drink, every now and then just moving my head from side to side, where the kids were jumping up and down, acting all mental.........what i find weird is that people blame NIntendo for being too kiddy, yet the PS2 appeals more to kids (*cough* Eye-toy*cough*), so why not let Sony handle kids while NIntendo and co do mature stuff?

Meh..................

I know you have all missed me the last day.  Where was I?  Depressed.  A lovely, place.  Hell can be beautiful.

AiAi:  Not really, I have Grandia 2 on DC and have been looking for Grandia for a while now, I saw it listed on ebgames.com and took action immediately.  I was worried it would be another Suikoden 2 episode, where the game is listed available usually in 24 hours and it really isn't, but I got the game next day.  I am right now inside Valmar's Body, at the beginning because I became tired last night. What a concept, tired at night.

Infernal:  Shopping still?  So am I, Yesterday I purchased Beath of Fire 3, Breath of Fire 4, and Breath of Fire: Dragon Quarter, all for the single price of 71.96 including shipping and all three are new copies too.  I was just really looking for BoF: DQ, but saw the other 2 were new and under 20.00 each I went ahead and bought them since I will have the complete Breath of Fire collection now.  I have 1 and 2 on SNES.

Shifty: KOTOR will also be out on the PC later, at least here in States a couple months after Xbox.

Mario: I'm getting KOTOR today, so I'll play a little tonight and put up my first impressions maybe sometime this weekend.

PIAC:  What is ISKETCH?

I'm not interested in Eye-Toy, just not my thing.

I had hoped to see T3 opening weekend, I got cash back from my paycheck so I'd have cash on hand to see it, because I thought my father, brother and whoever was going to see it, but no.  And I'm not going to the theater alone, that's for me is just too depressing and I'd probably just want to blow my brains out instead.  *ohh me*  So I didn't see it, I'll just catch it on DVD when it comes out in a couple of months I guess

I've put about an hour into the game and so far I'm into the game.  I will have to get the smaller controller, the big old brick that came with the Xbox just doesn't cut it.

PIAC:  I'm not sure when the PC version comes out, it was put on hold sort of so Bioware could focus on the Xbox version instead of on both version at the same time.

Mario: Thanks.

Hey Mario, are you still having troubles with MSN? I myself haven't been able to get on since yesterday afternoon. A wonderful glitch in Microsoft's system maybe?

Nitsu: Wow, the complete BoF collection. You've got aloooot of gaming ahead of you
I don't think we ever got BoF 1 and 2 released here.... On the SNES, that is. The GBA ports made it, though. Huzzah.

1:  Are you talking to me on the Xbox thing?  I could play the PC version of KOTOR on my computer, I don't know the specs the game need, but I would rather play it on the console because I would enjoy the game more.  But that's just me.  If it weren't also on Xbox I would probably get it for PC, but even though I generally don't like playing games where I have to use mouse and keyboard.  I don't know if the PC version plays like console game, using controller.

2:  I'm better now, thanks for asking.  I have been feeling blah lately.  I don't know why, it just happens.  I bought games and that made me feel better.  Like 12 or so games the last 2 weeks.  I am better now!  I'm not suicidal so no one needs to worry about me actually offing myself.  Life's not a game, i can't hit reset if something doesn't turn out right.

3:  I wish I had a pool.  I love to swim.  The last time I went swimming was January 1996 when I went on my senior class trip, we went skiing.  I love swimming.  Dan't care for skiing, killed the hell out of my shins.
