He is quite ridiculously overpowered when I see panels of him towing planets, or of him being basically a GOD amongst Superpeople.
SO his best stories either don't center on himself or require him to be holding back for some reason or another. other wise he has the instant win button everytime.
There is no one stronger, because "he is as strong as he needs to be". The Flash is only barely faster. He could end most conflicts with laser vision, he can freeze things with his breath, and he can fly at supersonic speeds. That's not even all of his powers. He is practically impervious, apparently doesn't actually breathe oxygen or doesn't need to, can see a a sub atomic level, can see through everything but lead, hear whispers from miles away, supposedly can read minds and some other more inconsistent powers from way back in the day of comics.
How do you fight such a creature? You have to nerf him everytime, because between the supersonic speed and the laser vision, how do you ever even get close enough to him without him knowing you're coming. how do you land a punch? dodge a punch? or even know that he moved?
He has far too much stuff going on to be interesting otherwise.
I've seen good cartoons using him, but still, he had to be held back to a point where other people were allowed to participate and we could actually follow along.
