Donald trained four teams. Can you handle his best?
Primarina
My starter was also my actual push-button nuke, even with an Uber-class Pokemon on the team with the Primarinium Z-crystal. Aside from that, Moonblast probably got as much work as Sparkling Aria, with Ice Beam and Shadow Ball giving some options for picking off weakened characters in the run-up.
Golisopod
YO ITS YOUR BOY AND HE'S TEARING STUFF UP. The Rare Candy-aided grinding I did when setting him up paid off big time with a massive Attack stat, First Impression hitting like a truck, and Brick Break. Which ended up becoming relevant when he got paralyzed by eight out of ten Body Slams in the final pre-credit fight. Seriously, that's Battle Frontier-level BS.
Vikavolt
It ended up getting the final KO after it FINALLY evolved and became as powerful as the Vic Viper it's based on. Thunderbolt and Bug Buzz for type bonus, Flash Cannon to check Rocks (and as it turned out, a certain Alolan Ninetales) and Thunder Wave for slowing suckers down.
Salazzle
The first Salandit I found was both a) female, and b) Modest (Special Attack up, Attack down). That ended well. Took brave shots at Steels with Flamethrower, though I probably should leave Toxic on it for Venoshock instead of Sludge Wave.
Dhelmise
I fished up one in the Seafolk Village, and after a round of Ditto and some grinding, it ended up getting the Ghost slot over Decidueye due to essentially having three types with bonus damage. Didn't end up using it much in the final stretch because I forgot a couple of times that it didn't get ALL of the Steel type's qualities, but it helped with one major fight in particular.

GET IN THE BAG DAMNIT NEBB... oh, you're now capable of eating the sun and coming in with minimum training. Got it. I basically left the moveset alone, but Sunsteel Strike / Crunch / Zen Headbutt was quite fun.
