Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz takes advantage of the Wii controller in a number of different ways. In addition to being able to rotate the landscape by tilting the controller, players can now flick the controller to make their monkeys "jump". Banana Blitz also features a large variety of party games that take advantage of Nintendo's unique controller, including Ring Toss, Whack-A-Mole, Jump Rope, Hurdle Race, and Hammer Throw.
