which I saw mentioned somewhere that accepting all that gov'ment money all those years ago to expand the broadband coverage (a title II-like perk), that was never actually used to expand the broadband coverage (oooops), might actually hurt their case.
I suspect that if that is true, and Obama being a Law scholar prior to politician, he already knew that and that is already lined up as part of the defense.
