You can blame my comma usage skills on America Education having English teach you to write but not grammar.
As an education major, I can tell you that I've had professors vehemently argue that teaching straight grammar is counterproductive and that students learn grammar better when it's done in the context of writing instruction.
The reminds me of College English. We get are papers back and the professor would go, "No one got above an 80%, all of your writing is wonderful, but you Grammar is Atrocious. Unfortunately here in College English we don't teach Grammar."
It feels like a game taking 20% of your health away for no reason with no way to learn what you did wrong. I even bought and started reading through a copy of the Harbrace trying to improve my grammar. On this very forum I've redone past many many times for grammatical reasons.
I kind of want to run a tournament for an XBL game on NWR to try to
expose people to how tournaments actually are. You guys have any
thoughts on this?
I would love to Participate in something like that Super but, I can't help I've got a PS3.
