9-0, I'd say he's pretty good. He's incredibly disciplined, like a heavyweight version of Lyoto Machida. I thought the Diego Sanchez fight was the best match, and sans Lesnar-Velasquez, all the other matches went to refs decision.

We may have had a physical training class, but i didn't really get to know anyone in that class aside from my workout partner, whose name...I don't remember.



the guy 2 people to the right of Cain is a friend of mine, I used to get drunk and fall asleep on his couch. A couple of months ago myspace suggested Cain as someone i might know, but he hadn't looked at his page for 2 years, so i didn't bother.

hahah, no my workout partner wasn't Cain. Cain was the big dude who could dead lift like 300 pounds. I think I talked to him one time when I was using the leg press machine and another time when I was on some bicycle contraption If that was even him. I had a roommate a couple of years ago had thought i never met that when we became roommates he was like "yeah we had like 3 classes together"

Lesnar has shown himself to be a prick (and I hate how UFC let him keep the title when he was sick, so he went a year without fighting), so I was happy to see him get pounded so badly that the ref had to stop the fight. It was interesting to see the exchange between him and The Undertaker after the fight (with an extremely rare appearance by Undertaker out of character). There appeared to be bad blood between them and Undertaker said it was personal.

That's how it always works. If you don't lose the title but get injured, you're still the champ - when you return, you face the interim champ (Shane Carwin was the interim champ), and if you win, then you're the undisputed champ, if you lose, the other guy is the undisputed champ. The whole Undertaker thing - I believe - is fake, and they're going to try to get Undertaker vs Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania. Brock's taking a while off from UFC for now, and WrestleMania is in a little over 5 months from now.

That is one of the things I don't like about boxing and MMA, you should be stripped of the title if you get injured or are expected to be out a long time with illness. I don't buy this whole "interim champion" crap either. It's a fake belt, plain and simple. So the real champion will defend their title against the fake champ.

There is speculation online about what went on between Undertaker and Lesnar. The guy who was interviewing Undertaker said he wasn't in on anything. Lesnar-Undertaker would draw big buys (although Undertaker would have to win, it would be stupid to have his 18-0 streak end to a guy making a one night appearance). I am not sure WWE and UFC could reach a deal though, I don't think Vince McMahon would want to help promote the competition.

He helped out ECW financially and promoted them many times before they went out of business (and were bought by Vince), they touted Ken Shamrock's UFC background back in the day. It would be big for both companies, and Vince has said many times (as has Dana White) that they don't see each other as competition, and neither do I. They don't run any programming against each other, though the PPVs quite often are back to back with each other.

He helped out ECW to basically fight off WCW. Shamrock had retired from UFC and was working full time for WWF (Lesnar is still a active MMA fighter and under contract to UFC). Of coarse WWE and UFC officially state they are not competing (although insiders at WWE have stated they do consider UFC competition), but so do Nintendo and Sony. I think market research has also shown that a lot of former WWE fans have turned to UFC and you know that is a concern. Dana White doesn't like allowing his employees to do anything but UFC and has flat out said that Lesnar-Undertaker will not happen and he will not allow Lesnar (or any other UFC fighter) to wrestler, box, or compete for anyone other than UFC while they are under contract.

Lesnar is on a 180-day medical suspension, I'm pretty sure he can do whatever he wants for the next 6 months.

He may be suspended, but he is still under contract to UFC and thus still has to follow their rules. If a NFL player gets suspended for 2 weeks, he can't go out and do whatever he feels like during that period (as an example). I would like to see the match happen, so maybe Dana White would allow it because of that 6-month suspension.

Right now the speculation is he could act in a guest referee role for the Undertaker's match. As long as he doesn't have to take a bump, I don't see why Dana would have a problem with it.
