News is coming in from multiple sources, suggesting that your Wii gets a tan sometime next month.

 According to multiple US retail chains, the black Wii will be hitting stateside sometime in the second half of May.   The retailers, which included Wal-Mart and Frys, told CVG that a $199 black Wii bundle would contain the black Wii, Wii MotionPlus, Wii Sports, and Wii Sports Resort, along with a black Wii Remote and black Nunchuk.      

This particular bundle has been available in Europe and Japan for a while now.   Although the black Wii Remote, black Nunchuk, and black Classic Controller Pro have been made available in the U.S., this is the first time a non-white Wii console would be released.

If money was not so tight right now for me and I had not bought so many VC games in the past two years, I would probably be the first in line to get this thing. Unless Nintendo offered a way to move my VC titles to the new wii I will not buy this thing. I would probably put NES stickers on it if I did buy it though.
