No one has mentioned Mega Man Bass, Mega Man Soccer, or Mega Man Battle and Chase yet. :(

Or the ones on the GameBoy.

That'll be my part of the marathon. I'll just play Mega Man Soccer the entire team and curse at how stupidly designed the game is, and then go and play Tiny Toon Adventures Acme All-Stars Soccer and feel better about life.

You should be forced to play through the horrible PC ports of early Mega Man games.

I had Mega Man 3!  It wouldn't run properly on my PC, and I couldn't figure out how to fix it, so the framerate was far and beyond faster than anything playable.

MM8 was awful, in a So Bad It's Good awful.

8-bit remaking that title could make it not suck.
It would still have the bad level designs and uninteresting weapons.

I have the first and second ones for the Game Boy, they are actually pretty good. I was sad when the Game Boy Mega Man collection was canceled.

I have Mega Man Soccer too, don't know why.

I wanted the GameBoy Mega Man collection.  I must've cried three nights for that one.

I can't believe A) they lost the original code B) they couldn't get somebody to bundle an emulator with the original ROMs (which probably would have turned out better anyway).

I suggested this in the chat, and I'll do it again here - a "Best of Game Boy" marathon to support the Virtual Handheld on the DSi.  Too many people think there are no good pre-GBA titles worthy of re-release.  Prove them wrong!

I think the next marathon Nick should do is New Super Mario Bros Wii but only if he can get 4 people playing at once. If Nick can't then one of the staff should. It needs to be played with 4 players.

I'll volunteer my time if someone wants to splurge for the bus ticket and the hotel. ;)
Just some random guy on the internet who has a different opinion of games than you.

Oh, I'd totally show up if he was letting Gainesville Jasons play the game.  It would be a little less confusing in person, probably.

This would be totally awesome if Nick and Chessa have a Super Game Boy!
Why must all things be so bright? Why can things not appear only in hues of brown! I am so serious about this! Dull colors are the future! The next generation! I will never accept a world with such bright colors! It is far too childish! I will rage against your cheery palette with my last breath!

Hey, I have a Super Game Boy still. That would be a great marathon. I could run through Metroid 2 with all the "suggested color schemes" from the Super Game Boy Player's Guide!
This would be my PSN Trophy Card, but I guess I can't post HTML in my Signature. I'm the pixel spaceship, and I have nine Gold trophies.

This will be happening.  Whether another one happens before that is the only question.
