I believe there was a trailer for Iron Sky somewhere in this thread before, glad it surfaced again. I had forgotten about it.
There might have been. It's been in development for several years and has seen the release of quite a few teasers and test trailers.
I saw the trailer for The Borrowers preceding The Muppets a few months back. It looks really good, though the name change doesn't seem to be for the best. I can only assume it was to avoid confusion with the late 90's live-action film.
I didn't care for Sam Raimi's execution of Spider-Man at all... and I'm a pretty big Raimi fan. I wasn't so much bothered by the nit-picky things, like natural web cartridges. It was mostly a reliance on bad CGI and subpar casting that killed it for me. Of course, by the time the third film came around, it had just gotten convoluted and bloated.
Is a Spider-Man reboot the solution? Hell no. You could continue onward without directly acknowledging the previous efforts if that's what you want. Let's not run through the entire boring origin again, though. I don't need to know James Bond's origin every time they switch actors... and I certainly don't need to know Spider/Super/Bat/Whomever-man's origins every few years. These characters are so ingrained into the public consciousness that it's ridiculous to think the story needs to be told over and over again... let alone be the focus of an entire film.
