Ah sorry I misunderstood you. I don't plan on taking the weekends off unless of course you guys think it is best to do that.

Well the reason I asked was because of the Excitebots Wi-Fi night.The results of the vote show that Saturday May 2nd will be the Wi-Fi night. Maybe we can play till the 2nd take off the second than start back up on the 3rd.

Also, I leave town frequently on the weekends, so if you're going to play a game where weekends and weekdays count the same, maybe I should back out.

I'm not able to play this round, but I'd suggest you guys just take the weekends off. That's how it's almost always done, and it's mostly because it was found that hardly anyone participates on the weekends anyways. So, yeah, those are my two cents anyways.

ALSO, someone can be the ref, and if I was playing, I'd be a star (like, the powerup item).

I never liked the weekend delay but I guess I can make an exception. So what do you guys suggest? Voting ending on Friday? I could hold off on the results until Sunday evening.

take the photo go into photoshop, selet the filter draw poster edges, now go into the filter smart blur, then click on color settings and set to index colors, set the colors from roughly 12-15. Now find an existing punchout screenshot put that into a seperate window in photoshop. Switch the color back from indexed color to RGB. Use filter pixelate mosaic. Grab the colors from the punchout picture and use the paint bucket tool on dithered colors and turn contiguous off. Copy this photo and put it in Paintbrush or MsPaint place the head over mike tysons body and use the pencil tool to remove all out of place pixels, draw lines over the drawing giving it that pixelated look.

Because I don't care much for the extended time spent plotting after the day's results are in. It will be a good time to have a real break for everyone.

actions is good for doing video, each picture might take some different tweaks, i wouldn't automate something like that.

I gave it a shot, but I didn't have a particular game in mind or anything, I just wanted to take any old photo and "NES" it. I used to paint 8-bit sprites on a canvas, and I'd love to be able to do that with more photos, so I may apply this technique to my painting and start doing pixellated portraits.

Anyways, I followed your instructions most of the way - didn't draw any lines in. Here's what I got.
