I haven't watched any of the new season. Southpark studios was delaying the 1st episode of the new season till the 11th for some reason.
Will catch up on it then, but will start by watching tonites episode when it airs.

You could just use spoiler tags.  Episode was good.  Finally, after last season and everything this season, I was getting pretty under whelmed by new SP.

True but i'm feeling pretty lazy today. I agree with you by the way, these new episodes haven't really had that magic that makes me love south park but.. this one had it in spades.

I've used the joke already 6 times! It's hysterical!

haven't had the chance, you bastard.

I sometime watch these episodes and wonder if celebs like Mencia and West are watching and wonder what goes thru their heads..

"SOUTH PARK MURDERED ME LAST NIGHT AND IT'S PRETTY FUNNY. IT HURTS MY FEELING BUT WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM SOUTH PARK! AS LONG AS PEOPLE THINK I ACT LIKE A BITCH THIS TYPE OF **** WILL HAPPEN TO ME" Kanye West April 09, 2009

That was a good episode, although I'm surprised they didn't call out Ned Holness(aka Carlos Mencia) by his real name at some point.
I have to wait for a re-run now, cause my DVR cut off in the middle of the end song so I didn't hear the whole thing.

Funny i don't think i'd like the 1st season as much now, compared to some of the great stuff they put out later in the shows life.

That's probably true. It's true of The Simpsons, although the first season of Futurama is fantastic. Either way, I want to watch it in order.

Understandable and commendable. South Park in particular likes to use its history in some of the more subtle jokes later on in the series, so watching them in order is probably the best way to go.

Without seeing them in order, an episode like the "re-run" episode wouldn't make much sense or be anywhere near as funny.

I personally recommend start at season 5 or 6.  6 is probably the best season in the series, and easily the best for anyone to find funny.

Already caught the rerun, but thanks.

Last time I went to SouthPark studios and tried to catch up on the whole new season it said "Due to prior contractual agreements we will not be airing these episodes til April, 11th" or something close to that.

Ya I've seen that too.

In terms of what order you should watch the series, starting at the beginning is the worse best place to start. What I mean is, if you start there you can see it progress and evolve; it's just very, very stupid.

I literally saw the first season when I was in 5th grade.

That links to the MP3 download of the extended version of the song, by the way.  It's more than what they played in the show.
