Bonsai Barber

You Americans apparently didn't even notice the WW game you got. Bonsai Barber scored an 8.0 from both WiiWare World and IGN. Yes, it's not a nostalgia-filled game like Super Punch-Out but it really got no attention here.

I didn't know anything about it till I saw videos, now I am intrigued and can't wait to download it once I buy Nintendo points.

I'm going to gift it to my sister today. I think she may get a kick out of it. Looks like fun.

I just got this from the Secret Santa event (but not from my Secret Santa, strangely enough). I think it's pretty genius: it's a very clear concept that anyone can understand, and it's immensely easy to pick-up-and-play and understand. It's also easy to obsess over getting just the perfectly shaped haircut minus twigs and leaves. AND it lets you take pictures and post em to the Wii Message board, an awesome feature in any game.

I actually gifted this to my little sister for Christmas. She seemed to have a blast from it.

LOL, apparently I was going to gift it to her in April according to a post farther up...I wonder why I didn't. Maybe I gave her something else instead.

I was actually going to buy Happy Holidays Christmas off of WiiWare so I could send everyone on my friend's list Wii Christmas messages, but I blanched when I read that the title couldn't do all the things I expected it to.

Thankfully, my plan was saved by going into Bonsai Barber, and combing a plant's hair, painting it, and trimming it into the shape of a Christmas tree. I just used a screenshot of that!

So you're the reason my Wii was glowing blue yesterday. That and my sister probably sent me half a dozen pictures or something as well. I didn't get a chance to check the messages because I had to drag my Wii to three different places but I'll get a chance today.

Shaped like a tree is rather creative.

I've been considering downloading this ever since Pap64 recommended it to me a while back, but at that time I had already downloaded a few other games so I held off. Every time I think about getting it, I always get distracted by some other game, and with all the games I just got for Christmas and its money then it could be even more of a while...
