It's a long shot, but I think Tetris DS, about the best "modern" version of Tetris ever, is getting re-released!
So, with the launch of Club Nintendo, only select older titles counted for coins. Mostly, the only titles that counted were titles still shipping - with a few exceptions... One of these exceptions was Tetris DS.
Recently, Nintendo released their free 2008 Catalog, a nice booklet they release for free about every year (well, not the "2008" version...). In it, there's a page about the "Touch Generations" line of games. Now, Tetris DS was considered to be a part of this line, but never featured the orange "Touch Generations" logo.
This page shows several TG games - including Tetris DS... except, this time, it has a Touch Generations logo on it! As far as I remember, it's the only game shown that has never been released at some point with the TG logo.
So why is Nintendo giving us coins for having registered this title and why are they going through the effort to promote it in their newest catalog - with a "new" cover?
Shall we be seeing this ever-popular DS game re-released soon?
