Half of my recent batch of codes didn't win me songs. Never seen this happen before  >:(

I laugh at you.

:P

Those were going to be my Life as a Darklord and Monkey Island fund. Now unless the others I have work I can't get both games.

Well i'm actually using these for DLC, aka doing the honest things here, so i say:

All your codes are belong to me!

Besides, it's easier for me to splurge "free" wii points towards a DLC because if there was a VC or WW game i wanted, i'd just buy it. DLC is much more of an impulse buy, hence why i'm loving these codes so far (even though i've only redeemed two).

I've spent all of my points so far on DLC, but I was also hoping to slip in some WW games while I was at it.

Well EA/Harmonix knows your true intentions and thus are excluding you from the game.

Assuming you're buying them for about $0.50 per code you're still coming out ahead.

The Wii list is sometimes delayed by a day or two. I just copy the list HMX releases.

You have the Wii version, EasyCure? We should totally play that sometime. Add it to the list of games we need to play together :)

I misplaced my guitars when I was moving stuff around. I think someone put them in the garage. I'm going to try and find them tomorrow.

The Spinal Tap set is called the Spinal Tap Tap Ten but there are eleven tracks and it took me until just now to get the joke.

geez, downloadable songs are such a rip.  even compared to cd prices and you dont even get the ability to take the music and listen to it on the go...

talk about a pretty penny!

Odd. Not sure what's up with that.

On another note, does anyone want a free Pepsi Rock Band code for 360? My last code I found I forgot to ask for Wii and it gave me the 360 code instead. Useless to me and I think it only works on RB on the 360 unlike the Wii ones where you can spend them on anything. PM me if you want it.

The 360 codes are not just Rock Band specific, they're specific to the one song you pick on the Yahoo site. This sucks for me right now, because for once I actually want to use some of my free songs to get songs, but I have Rock Band for the 360 and I want stuff that came out today which, like stuff from the last several weeks, isn't available on the Pepsi site yet.

So for once it pays to own the Wii version. Nice ;)

I gave the spare code to Kraken but he hasn't told me if it worked or not yet. I forget what song it was for.

How drunk do you have to be before you're willing to do vocals for Big Bottom?

Amazingly, I just finally saw This is Spinal Tap this week. Thanks Netflix!

The first thing I thought of after finishing it is that The Office took a lot of inspiration from here... (or maybe it's just that trademark Britisth humor coupled with a documentary style?) Either way, great flick. :) And I can't help but be interested in these tracks now.

I can't believe I've never made you watch that before.  It's a really great movie.

Also, I think Ricky Gervais has said before that he was very inspired by Christopher Guest and his movies, and that's one of the reasons that after Gervais shot to stardom with The Office, he found his way into Guest's next movie, "For Your Consideration" (which I own on DVD yet still have not yet watched).
