Work Time Fun (not the game)
« on: June 08, 2008, 01:19:16 PM »
Pretend you go to a store. This store doesn't have a balloon department, but two years ago when you last bought balloons at this store, you went to a particular location in the store.

Two years later, you go back to get a balloon. Not only has this part of the store changed completely, but there are no balloons on display, no balloon materials to be seen.

Do you:

A.) Find an associate and kindly ask them where the balloons have been moved to or...
B.) Find an associate and snidly ask them why there's no one at the place to make you a balloon where balloons used to be made two years ago?
Just some random guy on the internet who has a different opinion of games than you.

Is this store Wal-Mart?  'Cause in that case I don't ask any employees anything 'cause they all scare the **** out of me.

C:), I find the first employee I can and very angrily ask where the hell the fucking balloons went. And proceed to explain why their store sucks so much I only shop there every couple of years.

rat: I know you're... special... But don't you think the people who work in the store 5 days a week have a better idea of how badly it sucks in comparison to you if you only go there every couple of years?  You don't need to tell us employees, we already know.

d) Skip the employees, find a nice corner and drop a sloppy deuce; that'll teach 'em.

e) Steal a hydraulic lift and hire someone to drive it around while I ride the lift part (up) and pronounce the store balloonless.

Wal-Mart is the devil. Or is that Seven Up, I forget which one it is, but one or the other is the essence of evil.
