i used to eat tuna as a kid, but only when it it was drowning in mayonaise in between two slices of bread..
therefore i've concluded that im a healthier person by NOT eating tuna (which is disgusting by itself).

im with Kush, i dont care much for fish in general.. and before anyone says something along the lines of "well what about a girls fish" or any stupid term for a vagina, let me say this:

if its fishlike in smell or resemblance than why would you like that? thats gross, get somethign fresh dammit!

sorry i just hate immature people that say that whenever i say i dont like fish.

You don't like any fish?  What about fried catfish?  With hush puppies, onion rings, and french fries?  There is no tastier way to accelerate your demise.

Tuna is great, from the can, grilled tuna steak, I have yet to try it raw like the Japanese do but no doubt in my mind it must be great.

Mmm fish, mmmm meat, mmmmm food...I'm hungry now, damn it.

What's so bad about that?  That sounds like "The Good" to me.  "The Bad" would be that there's only two liters of Mountain Dew in a 2 liter bottle.  There should be like seven. SevenlitersthatwouldbetastyIlikeMountainDewitssotastyeveryoneshoulddrinkitallthetime.

Sometimes I'll eat a yogurt too, or if I already had a sandwich for lunch, I'll eat a salad. Sometimes I nuke a can of soup too, and eat the whole thing (not the can, just the soup inside).

A tuna sandwich is totally dinner if you make yourself a yummy club salad or soup on the side...

My personal favorite meal is vegetable beef soup topped with a couple cups of rice... =3

I love food too, albeit maybe a little too much, but I'm working on that.  I just wish cookies would stop appearing in the house.

I never eat anything too sweet unless it's incredibly delicious, ice cream, or "magical". I think it's because, as a black man, I subconsciously fear diabetes even though my family has no record of it.

Nutritional fact labelings are mandated by the government in most instances.. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nutritional_facts

The government doesn't do the research, in most cases, though.  They outsource it to other establishments.  Or something like that.

i can see your point there, i'm just spoiled because i can cook and i don't mind doing it, i try not to when i don't have to but when it comes to dinner time, a sandwich is just not an option for me. sandwiches are for picnics and something you throw together to eat as you're rushing out the door, to me anyway.

My dietary vice is definitely sweet stuff, especially drinks.. I do have a history of diabetes in my family, so I should probably cut down on them, but it's so hard

I'm not worried about weight gain though - that's what exercise is for! ( squash)

Well, I can tell you that statistics show that one in fifteen people have diabetes, that diabetes takes an average of fifteen years off of your life, that it is proportionate to obesity, and that when you return to a fit shape with diabetes, most everything about the disease typically goes away.

So if you remain healthy, you shouldn't have much to worry about.

I can cook when the mood hits me.  I actually like to cook, but it's just that my grandma can't stay out of the way.  Try and cook something and she will have to unload the dishwasher at that same exact time and pile the clean dishes up on the exact counter needed to use to prepare what is being used to make meal, and she does this right in the middle of what is being done so what is being cooked winds up getting screwed up.

So that is why I usually end of eating junky food instead of more healthy food.

ugh i haaaaaate people that get in the way. every single person in my family does it, but the worst by far is my stepfather. he's a chef so he wants to criticize everything and give you tips, and if you're lucky he'll just take over entirely and make something else than what you had in mind.
