Bowser is to Dedede, as Ganondorf is to K. Rool.... all of them are the main and most recognizable villains of their respective franchise, even if some have been forced into a state of being an ally for a common good or not even appearing in a particular title.

Duck Hunt Dog as pointless Assist Trophy that just laughs at people would be funny. He could even run up to a person and cover their damage meter up and just laugh at them...or which ever person is getting major pummeling at that moment and switch it would be quite funny.

By itself the dog would feel sorta..."naked"...It'd make more sense for the Assist Trophy to be ducks flying across the screen, hurting everyone in their path, and once they had flown by the dog would pop up in the background laughing...

It's official: this game is too huge. It's has everthing that a person could possible ask for. Only possible thing that could be added is a VR helmet.
