There are less Horsemen, but I'm still around.

But the future isn't all bright and cheery. Given the way NWR mutates throughout time and space, if I don't get banned, I'll end up as staff and lose my personality like the others. I don't want either outcome. NWR must be disrupted.

Are you using the little paper and pencil icon to edit posts? Sometimes that doesn't work for me either, usually in really large threads. If that button doesn't work then just click the blue "modify" button.

I don't do it to boost post count. I only did it when the edit button didn't work or if I wanted to bump a thread. Now that I know editing your post updates the thread, I don't have to do it that way. I apologize if it is annoying people. I just got frustrated when it wouldn't work and just gave up.

I don't like loading a new page to make a few changes.

I also think I picked up the habit in the smack-talk threads where we basically use it like a chat function. After doing that for Conduit, BWii and Mario Kart for weeks straight it kind of changed how I post and slipped into the rest of the forum.

Well, if the "quick-edit" button isn't working then the "modify" button is your only option. It doesn't take all THAT much longer than the quick-edit and this is coming from somebody who has a really slow computer.

I don't understand it either! I've been here for a super duper long time, and I honestly get on these forums EVERY single day at least once. But I guess i'm just more of an observer.

If you over think your post too much, you'll never get around to actually making a post while your point is still relative to the conversation.

Like when hanging out with friends, sometimes you just gotta blurt out what you want to say or the moment passes. You might have something that could be really funny, but if you keep over thinking it, someone could beat you to the joke.

Trust me, I've spent the last 10 days watching so many opportunity for jokes just pass me by while I wait for Pail to approve my post. Even some of the jokes I did make you will probably never see, since they were deleted without approval. Some of them got through, but they were so many post ago that you would have to search back through some threads to find them.

iv been posting on these forums continuously everyday since what when was the switch from ez-boards 2003? I've been here since 1999 though on previous incarnations of nwr boards. I'm at 6,526, but people with 17k!!! how?
