Since NP is no longer owned by Nintendo, this seems like it's more just for fun than to actually make things happen.

Regardless, here's my top 5 (in no particular order).

1) Super Mario RPG
2) Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island
3) Castlevania III: Dracula's Curse
4) Final Fantasy VI
5) Earthbound

With the exception of FF6, there's a good chance all of these will make it.

Yoshi's Cookie and Bases Loaded are this Mondays games I didn't like Yoshis Cookie when I played it and I have Baseball Stars 2.

I have played Mario world 2 and Castlevania 3 and I played FF 6 for the GBA all great choices. I would like to play Earthbound and SMRPG as well. As for my choices I would like:
SMRPG
Earthbound
NBA Jam TE
Mischief Makers
Super Ninja Boy

Fantasy Zone was also released on the TurboGrafx-16 so anyone interested might want to hold off and see if that version is released. The T-16 version is obviously a more faithful port of the arcade game. Though I've heard nothing bad about the SMS version. It's really just a decent 8-bit port that a few years later got surpassed by a 16-bit port.

After you posted I checked out Gonintendo and they say it is coming out next monday...we shall see. They also said that Double Dragon and Renegade are possibilitys as well for the week after. I haven't heard of Renegade.

River City Ransom gets praised by everyone so I'll have to pick it up. I'm also hoping that MK Wii gets the same treatment as Metroid Prime 3 and Galaxy and we get Super Mario Kart Monday as well, though this is going to cut into my Wii Ware fund.

It would be kind of dumb to release River City Ransom one week and then Double Dragon and Renegade the next. All three games are beat-em-ups made by Technos. River City Ransom is the best of the three. In comparison the other games are dated, especially Renegade. While as a consumer I prefer to get the better game sooner from a business perspective wouldn't it make more sense to try to get people "settle" for Double Dragon while they wait for Rivery City Ransom? Capcom did that with the Street Fighter games and, though annoying, it worked.

Yeah, that's a pretty dumb move. Spread them out at least a month apart. Right now I'm going to say that I'll get both RCR and DD, but I plan on holding off on DD for a while, and knowing me I'll probably forget about it and never buy it. Plan better next time, guys.

The beginning is fairly easy, but some of the later stages are ridiculously hard.

I've never beaten the game (granted, I haven't tried in probably fifteen years).

I have original NES copies of all those games so unless Double Dragon is the SMS version I will pass.
