Hey UncleBob on the Wi-Fi site they're only about 20 people online on Mario Kart at the moment; are you on now? Because you would be able to see your name if you are..

What is your ID?

Heh, TYP is online.

I thought that site just listed 20 random people online, since the list has had 20 people online for like the past few days. If there was 5,000 people online would the list really go down that far and list everyone?

No, but I figured there would be an arrow link or something below which would bring you to pages with everyone online, and you could sort/search through the pages.

Sweet.  You're on my list too.  Dude guys, this game is ill.  Seriously awesome.

(BTW, found it at Best Buy in Beaverton OR, and had them price match Fry's.  24.95 USD  :-D)

Are you sure? That sucks, I need the dongle aswell and was planning to order Wednesday morning so i could go online before the weekend.

That said the game rocks... put in about three hours already. Single cart multi despite its limitations is still a blast. Too bad I got an exam tomorrow

Bad and good news today:

Bad news: I reserved MK at an EBgames by where I work.  I went to go pick it up today and they told me their shipment from UPS was delayed somewhere in the country because of the weather.  So that really sucks, but......

Good news: I was talking with the EBgames clerk and he told me that it really sucks that they couldn't get their shipment in today because they had over 100 PREORDERS, just at that one store!  I thought that was pretty impressive indeed.

So far I've played through the first two 50cc cups....

I have one thing to say.  Rubber banding appears to be gone...  well either gone, or gimped a bit.  Either way, I LIKE IT A LOT!

Also, course design is great.  The desert level with the angry sun is awesome!

Just picked it up a little while ago, waiting for the Nintendo WFC to get back online...OH THE WAITING! Oh well, at least I've got Smackdown VS RAW 2006 to play online until then.
I think it says on the box, 'No Hispanics' " - Jeff Green of EA

Another note, the drafting thing plays a huge role.  In my first online match against UncleBob both of us passed each other back and forth because of drafting.  It makes you almost not want to be in first the last lap, rather right behind the first place person.

Yes... the drafting is pretty major one-on-one... in four player matches, it's a little harder to pull off

Hmmm....I haven't heard anything about Mirror Mode yet...It's been in every MK game so far so it's probably safe to assume it's in this one too, but I'd like confirmation as soon as possible.  It shouldn't take you guys too long to complete 150 cc as long as you can pry yourself away from multiplayer
