Madden GBA connection: What does it do? GC

I was really excited about seeing what Madden's GBA connection was all about. I hooked up the cable to my GBA and sat back as the game recognized that I had a GBA connected.

Well, in a nutshell it acts as a LCD scoreboard.

There are cheesy touchdown, first down, and even LCD field goal animations, and there's even a cheerleader dance part...but overall, it's a gimmick.

As you've noted we've amped up our free media area to include gobs of movies. We've just setup our new media server today, and there's some tweaking going on with it so it may be slower than to get access to the files.

Be patient, and right click on the file to save to your hard drive. It may take up to 20 seconds to get it to load, but it will work.

Acclaim are offering the "chance" for five people to change their name to Turok for a year. The winners will receive the costs of the name change to Turok, and back to their original name in a year's time, £500, and an X-Box console with a copy of the game.

Nintendo's celebrating the launch of Super Mario Sunshine by breaking a world record!

Super Mario Sunshine releases in just a few weeks here in the good old U S of A. To celebrate it's launch, Nintendo is going to cook pasta! In fact, they're so excited, they're going to cook up the largest bowl of edible pasta in the world. In total, the pasta and sauce will weigh 2,700 lbs. The old record was just above 2,500 lbs. The pasta and sauce are being provided by Bucca di Beppo.
