The eShop companion software is coming to the land down under.
Pokémon Dream Radar and Pokédex 3D Pro are releasing in Australia and New Zealand later this year alongside Pokémon Black and White 2, as reported by a recent press release.
Although no release date was specified, the titles are slated for a release later this Spring in Australia, which is a tentative release period for Black and White 2.

The sequel to the cult action game may see a release soon.
Square-Enix's Mini-Ninjas is set to have a sequel released soon, a listing on the Australian Classification Board confirms.
Named Mini-Ninjas: Hiro's Adventure, the game will be developed by IO Interactive, who also developed the original game. The only detail about the game is that it has been rated PG for Mild Violence. No system was mentioned, however the original Mini-Ninjas was released on all major platforms, including the Wii and DS.

The Nintendo 3DS is the fastest selling Nintendo handheld to reach this milestone.
The Nintendo 3DS has reached 6 million units sold in its native land of Japan, Famitsu.com recently reported. Based on sales data by Enterbrain, the system was able to reach the sales milestone during its 65th week at retail.
The whole sales total from launch is 6,017,206 units. Based on the same data, the 3DS is the first Nintendo handheld to reach 5 million in such a short amount of time.

The demo version of Order Up will be pushed back one week, according to SuperVillain Studios Co-Founder Chris Rausch. In addition, the title will be getting an unannounced push from Nintendo.

Layton could be on the verge of being officially announced for North America.
Professor Layton and the Miracle Mask has been trademarked in the United States. The Nintendo 3DS title, which was a launch title for the 3DS in Japan and previously announced for Europe, has not been formally announced for the region.

The visuals won't change, but the controller will play a big role.
Vigil, developer of the upcoming Darksiders II, says the graphics of Wii U version of the sequel are on par with those of the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game.

Black and white Yoshis are the first to arrive down under.

In addition, versions of Assassins Creed III and Rayman Legends will be playable.
Wii U will be shown off at Ubisoft's E3 press conference on June 6 at 11 a.m. PDT.
Playable titles at the company's E3 booth will include Assassin's Creed III, Far Cry 3, Rayman Legends, Rocksmith, and more. Although consoles were not specified in the press release, both Assassin's Creed and Rayman are slated to come out on Wii U.

This follows yesterday's Facebook unveiling of the blue variety.
Red Yoshi is now available as an unlockable QR character in Mario Tennis Open.
Revealed by IGN, Red Yoshi is available to unlock by pressing holding up and pressing the start button before scanning the code. Unlike regular Yoshi and Blue Yoshi (who focuses on speed), Red Yoshi has a focus on technique. The code will only work with the North American version of the game.

A LinkedIn profile suggests that development on the Wii U first-person shooter began in September 2009.

Nintendo is providing tons of content for their All-Access Presentation @ E3 2012, which will be available in some form on http://e3.nintendo.com, Spike TV and MTV2, YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook.
The company's E3 press conference, which was confirmed a few weeks back, will be at 9 a.m. PDT on June 5. Later that night at 11:30 p.m. PDT, users will be able to view a Developer Discussion with Wii U Hardware Producer Katsuya Eguchi.

Two new Nintendo-themed notebooks are available for Club Nintendo members in Japan starting today. The notebooks feature designs from the Mario series, with one of the notebooks being red and sporting the beloved plumber on the cover, and the other being pink and featuring Princess Peach. Two MSX titles bite the dust.
Two MSX titles, Aleste and Eggy, were removed from the Wii Virtual Console service in Japan today. Aleste is a shoot-‘em-up-style title originally released on the MSX in 1988. Eggy, a side-scrolling shooter, was originally released in 1985.

The Motion Picture Association of America snatches up a former Nintendo employee.
The Motion Picture Association of America has hired former Nintendo of America Anti-Piracy Counsel Marc Miller for the position of Senior Vice President of Content Protection, Internet. "At Nintendo, Miller successfully implemented content protection enforcement programs addressing P2P, cyberlockers, e-commerce, and action sites," the MPAA said in a statement sent to reporters.

More details have surfaced about Guild 02, the recently announced sequel to Guild 01 from Level-5.
Similar to Guild 01, Guild 02 is a collaborative effort of four Japanese game developers: Keiji Inafune (formerly of Capcom), Kazu Ayabe (Mini’s Kitchen) and Takemaru Abiko and Kazuya Asano from Chunsoft.

Art of Balance TOUCH! is coming to the North American eShop on June 7, according to the game's developer, Shin'en.
We have known that Art of Balance TOUCH! was coming out in Europe on May 24. The release date of a North American version was previously given for as early June. Now it is officially releasing on June 7 for $6.99.
