Billy is cold, wet and tired ... but he's got the CUBE!

Billy's back to the hotel, too exhausted to enjoy it, but he's got his GameCube. He took a few minutes to chat, and then he went to bed.

He wants to thank everyone for their support. You fans made one of his dreams come true, and he's very appreciative.

Well, the time of the Japanese launch has finally come and gone. Get Billy's tired but happy thoughts...

Just got off the phone with Billy. He has what he came for, he's happy it is all over, and he's dog tired. While you'd think he would immediately try to plug and play he actually is contemplating a soothing shower and maybe a nap. Of course once he's got his second wind he wants to send in the pictures he took while in line and we'll try to have a collection of them up soon.

“Take 2” has never been such an appropriate name for a company…

We’ve recently heard from Justin Anderson, one of our pals downunder, who has a very cool report! Several GAMECUBE games from Take 2 popping up on release lists for PAL countries next year. Although this is unconfirmed, it seems a good indication of what Take 2 may be planning for GameCube. The games are:

Revealed at E3, the game features Homer driving around Springfield picking up… Oh, who am I fooling?!? It’s CRAZY TAXI with the Simpsons. Original the game is not, but it is Simpsons, and it’s one more title for the Cube.

Ever since the original DC game PSO came out, people have commented that it would make a perfect PC game. A gameplay style not unlike the uber-popular Diablo II, it appears Sega and Sonic Team have agreed with the general public. Like the GCN version, the game will just be called "Phantasy Star Online," though it is really version 2.

Further updates to PGC suspended for the remainder of the day, out of respect for the lives lost in New York, Washington DC, and Pennsylvania.

Early this morning, terrorists hijacked two planes bound for Los Angeles from Boston, and crashed the planes into the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center. The resulting impact and structural damage caused each of those towers to later collapse. Fire and stress would also manage to destroy Building 7 ... a 40+ story building at the World Trade Center complex as well.
