Wii U Lets Scribblenauts Unlimited Have More Objects, Better Graphical Quality, Varied Control Schemes

Also, all of the objects are now done in vector art, meaning they retain their quality when enlarged or shrunk.

Scribblenauts Unlimited is doing away with the budget thermometer, meaning that players don't have to deal with any apparent restrictions on the amount of items in the environment.

According to 5TH Cell Producer Brittany Aubert in an upcoming Nintendo World Report interview, the removal of this lets "players go wild and add way more objects to the level than they ever could."

The added horsepower of the Wii U also lets the team at 5TH Cell add more to the game. "We’re able to have high resolution, hand-drawn environments," Aubert said. "All of our object art is now vector art, so we don’t lose visual quality when we scale objects."

Additionally, since the Wii U's GamePad offers more control inputs than the DS, players no longer switch between the touch and button control schemes, and can just switch between the two on the fly.

Scribblenauts Unlimited is a Wii U launch title, coming out on November 18. The full interview will be coming soon.

yeah. The 3DS version won't have the Object Editor, according to the feature in NP.

Also, this is the one game I'm 'for sure' getting at launch. It just sounds/looks so good.

The more I hear about this game, the more it seems to be the one Scribblenauts game to rule them all. Also, this game always worked better in a crowd setting anyway.
