The new DLC is for a 3DS photo editing app.
Nintendo has released their first paid DLC on the Nintendo 3DS for a photo editing app called Tobidasu Print Club Kiradeco Revolution. The app was originally released back on December 27, 2011.
Three new photo decoration sets are available for download. There is a Mario Kart 7, Spring Trial and Mario Basic set, which each sell for ¥100 and include various frames, backgrounds and stamps.

A Kid Icarus AR Card will come bundled with boxes of chocolate snack in Japan this upcoming March.
Beginning March 12, Japanese gamers will have the ability to purchase a box of Kid Icarus: Uprising Choco Snacks. Each box will include one of twenty Kid Icarus AR cards and is currently priced at 100 Yen.

A response on Twitter may or may not hint at future Wii U support.
Tim Schafer, founder of Double Fine, touched on the possibilities of Wii U development in a Twitter exchange.
Recently, Double Fine started a campaign to gather $400,000 over KickStarter to fund a new project, a classic point and click adventure. The fundraiser was an incredible success, reaching the goal in eight hours. A fan asked Schafer the following question over Twitter regarding the possibility of the project arriving on the Wii U:

A demo of Sega's 3DS title Hatsune Miku and Future Stars: Project Mirai is coming soon, the company recently announced.

Namco Bandai has unveiled the modes that will be present in Tekken 3D Prime Edition.

The shampoo products will come adorned with Mario artwork and a water-push handheld game. On the back of the game, the shampoo bottle rests. There are four types of games, all based on different aspects of the Mario franchise. The shampoo smell is that of green apple.

The 3D remake of the N64 classic is looking to be a potential Korean launch title.
Star Fox 64 3D may be heading the launch of the 3DS in South Korea, a leak from Korea's Game Rating Board revealed.
The game has already been rated, despite Nintendo not announcing any plans to launch the 3DS in Korea. The reveal does indicate that the system might makes its way soon. In the past, Nintendo has localized several Wii and DS titles, including a simultaneous release of The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword.

Though a game is indeed being developed, platforms have yet to be announced.
Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing 2 is in development, an attendant of the New York Toy Fair confirmed to Kotaku.
The game is being prepped for the holiday. Details regarding the new characters, stages and even gaming platforms, however, were unconfirmed. It was rumored that the game would make its way onto the 3DS and Wii U, though it still remains a rumor.

Kid Icarus events focused on AR Idol Cards will soon be taking place in North America.
During these events, players can trade, share, and obtain new cards, suggesting that promotional cards may be available alongside ones obtained from trade. Nintendo has not revealed any dates or locations for these events, though they will likely occur after the game's launch on March 23.

Atlus will be printing more copies of Radiant Historia, their well-recieved RPG from last year.
The announcement was made on Atlus' official page for the game, where it was also revealed that reprints will be available in late March. However, the bonus CD included in launch copies will not be included.

When the belated release of One Piece: Unlimited Cruise SP rolled around in France today, players were able to pick up a limited edition copy including a figurine.

Junction Point seem to be looking towards Nintendo's new system.
A rumour that hints at Junction Point's Epic Mickey 2 having some compatibility with the Wii U was recently posted on Twitter.
The post mentions that the developer is "implementing Wii U support for Epic Mickey 2." It is unclear weather this simply means a Wii version will have some sort of Wii U mode, or if this means they could be working on an actual Wii U version of the game.

Each downloadable service received one game this week, while the Wii Virtual Console was again left out of the loop.
