PlatinumGames's first wholly-owned property will harken back to a couple of their classics.

As part of an announcement of four projects, "Project GG" was detailed in this week's issue of Famitsu. According to the issue (translation from Japanese Nintendo), Project GG is the third in a series of Hideki Kamiya-directed superhero themed games following Viewtiful Joe and The Wonderful 101.

Toss a coin to the absolute madmen.

The Witcher 3 has added a beefy new set of features in an update now available worldwide.

Full patch notes are available on the official Witcher 3 website, though the biggest deal is the ability to import save data from the PC versions of the game. The Switch will accept Steam saves as well as saves from the GOG service (owned by CDPR).

Next is the green one, after this one effectively prints money.

Nintendo's fiscal year will kick off with a new color for the Switch Lite.

A "Coral" color will join gray, yellow, and turquoise in the Lite lineup on April 3 in North America. Japan will get the new system on March 20 to coincide with Animal Crossing: New Horizons, while no date has been announced for Europe / Australia as of yet.

The Switch will get first crack at an arcade shooter that harkens back to the early days of aerial combat.

Red Wings: Aces of the Sky has released a new trailer for the World War I-themed shooter, with specific emphasis on the using of the Joy-Cons for flight.

The Switch version will launch first, though no release date has been given beyond 2020.

Graffiti Games has released a new trailer for their upcoming 3D platformer Cyber Hook.

The trailer shows off the running gameplay and the cybernetic art style, as well as the use of the grappling hook and enemies.

Headup have announced an agreement to publish Pumpkin Jack on Switch, with a targeted release window of October-December of 2020. A one-man project, Pumpkin Jack is a run and gun 3D platformer that takes inspiration from Sony's MediEvil and Jak and Daxter franchises.

Warface, the Crytek developed free to play first-person shooter, is now listed on the Australian eShop. It is a 7.2GB download and has English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Russian, Korean, and Simplified Chinese.

Although The Snack World is finally coming to the West so we can try to see Level-5's latest forced meme, perhaps the most interesting release of this Valentine's week is Florence from Annapurna Interactive.

Capcom is making sure Devil May Cry 3's Switch version is truly a Special edition.

Devil May Cry series producer (and former Nintendo World Report staffer) Matt Walker made the announcement on Twitter today that co-op play will be available for the Bloody Palace mode, letting two players battle through with Dante and Vergil. Co-op was a hidden option in prior DMC3 versions, but is now wide open upon completing the first mission.
