An investment firm pays a visit to Nintendo and looks into their financial standings.

Well the folks at Gaming-Age had this up their stocking. It appears that Morgan Stanley Dean Witter made a visit to Nintendo and was told about Dolphin's expected sales and about the third party developers. It is known that no developers have signed up as of yet, but there are first and second parties for it! Dolphin launch in US first? Here's the scoop...

A Japanese TV show reports that the GBA will have better visuals than the Sega Saturn.

Wondering what's going on in the land down under?

First and foremost, it's good to be back! So good in fact that PlanetN2000 will now cover news and Dolphin related titbits that occur in my homeland, which happens to be down under. Under what I'm not exactly sure, oh yeah, underneath "America". Ha! Well as this is the first issue of the ever popular new section I think I'll kick it off with a mediocre bang.

We survived the non-existant Y2k destruction.

Finally. Everything seems to be back to normal. I hope. And no folks it wasn't Y2K related. Our actual host server had to make a move. Not a good thing. So the Internic had to work it's so called "magic" with the address changes. Not too speedy either. My ISP is going through some changes and had to move me around. I sincerely apologize for being down. This was a totally unplanned event that shouldn't have taken place.
