Splinter Cell, Open Season, and Far Cry miss North American launch day, aim for launch window.

In a notice sent to press today Ubisoft clarified that four of their upcoming Wii games will release on November 19th, while the remaining three will release in the coming weeks.

Let's just say I hope you weren't counting on rumble or online play.

Computer and Video Games ran a follow-up interview to their previous question and answer session with Nintendo about the Virtual Console and uncovered some new information about the system.

The Nintendo 64 marked the first first-party inclusion of rumble technology in console video games. However, Virtual Console does not support rumble and so downloaded N64 games will not be able to use that feature.

Game was never delayed, rather is being released in the "launch window."

After IGN reported that Elebits was delayed until December, we contacted a Konami rep to get the details. He told us that the game has always been planned for the "launch window" and those plans have not changed - terming this as a delay was incorrect, and IGN has since updated their news story....
