On the E3 2013 show floor, Nintendo has what appears to be the full version of New Super Luigi U. After romping through most of the first world, I am very excited to play it when it comes out June 20 in North America.

The first world contains levels that are similar to the original ones, but with a devilish twist. One level in particular that gave me trouble was the first fortress in Acorn Plains, which featured a variety of gears that were littered with streams of fire. Using Luigi's new abilities, such as his fluttery high jump, made the hops between gears easier.

So far, we weren't able to get a chance to play as Nabbit, but we will throughout the three days of E3, so stay tuned for an update to this article with those details.

The bosses seem to be, at first blush, nothing different from New Super Mario Bros. U. We might find out differently as try to work our way through the oodles of New Super Luigi U content on the show floor. I mean, for real, it seems like the entire game. It's two weeks away. Get excited for, more or less, an entire new 2D Mario adventure starring Luigi.
