I should probably point out that Joe isn't really flipping anyone the birdie, you just can't see what his pinky-finger is doing. Having the two fingers sticking out is his own signature hand-gesture (although I'm sure many of you already knew that, and didn't need me to tell you).

Yeah, way too big...100x100 (under 20KB) is the max here...Use a photo-editing program like Microsoft paint to resize it...
