well on a related note we are covering the elections at work, and they gave me the day off tomorrow so I won't get to be a part of all the fun. The good news is one of my friends was planning on voting for the other guy so I went ahead and told him his one vote doesn't matter its okay if he stays home.

I'm going to propose a constitutional amendment that makes it so all important decisions in this country are decided by polls on the NWR forums. I bet that'd probably get more people to be regular posters here.

We need Florida in this country. There are so many things that divide us as a nation, but we can all be united in saying "At least we're not in Florida." Well, except the people who actually are in Florida, but most of them probably aren't literate enough to understand that anyway.

I live in a place that the majority voted to legalize medical marijuana (58%-42%), so naturally that means it did not pass - yet the dictator failed to get 50% (makes me jealous of runoff states) and he gets to keep his job, therefore this is the worst state.

You can thank pregnant pigs for the medical marijuana bill not passing, sadly enough. An amendment several election cycles ago regarding them is why it now takes a super-majority to pass any new amendments.

we just voted to raise the minimum wage, a first for our state and the party in power. We also voted to raise our taxes because why not wages go up taxes must too right. On the positive side, the election is all we been talking about at work so I have gotten to know where everyone stands on every major issue. In our news room most were not so happy with how things turned out overall.
