We've all seen a lot of movies and we pretty much consider ourselves critics because of it, but does anyone consider themselves creators (other than Big Perm)? Do any of you have any ideas you would love to see on screen?
On long road trips, to pass the time I love coming up with movie ideas. Bouncing them off my friends or family, imagining scenes, settings, characters and dialogue is as enjoyable as watching a movie itself.
So this thread is dedicated to that purpose. Post your ideas and lets discuss them. If you have a script you've been working on, go ahead it link it here, but be warned: Most of us probably won't read anything too long.

I'll go first.

Not even the Rapture can save your soul.
Synopsis:
A man is trained by God to save the souls of those who have been unrightfully taken by Lucifer. He must earn the respect of the Angels, conquer and unite the Jinn, and march on Hell's Gates.
Summary:
As peoples' bodies burst in a plume of ash and their souls ascend to heaven, from the shadow the Devil's Reapers intercept and devour them, sending them to hell instead. Muryark, an unknowing and unlikely hero chosen by God, watches his wife and children literally split open by demons and can only cower in fear as they consume their souls. Before he too faces the same fate, he is saved by the Archangel Gabriel who summons a roar of light and destroys and scatters the demons back into darkness. Gabriel transports Isaac to Heaven where he meets the rest of the four commanding Archangels. There is Raphael, the wisest; Michael, the bravest; and Uriel, the compassionate; and of course, Gabriel, the divine. They tell him of his mission, to defeat Lucifer's army and free the captive souls, but also tell him he is not ready. He must first conquer and unite the three kingdoms of Jinn under his banner as Heaven's numbers are no match for Lucifer's. Each of the archangels teaches Moryark. Raphael teaches him strategy. Michael teaches him how to fight (but is at first unimpressed and scornful since he lead the army's against Lucifer before). Gabriel teaches him all the manners of the universe and the strength within himself. And Uriel is his guide, his guardian and ultimately his love interest.
Moryark receives a weapon made of light that can transform into anything he can imagine but is only as powerful as his will. He conquers the kingdoms of the Jinn, all of which are very unusual and unalike, with his wit, bravery and strength. Along the way he meets a few friends who are memorable, bizarre but ultimately, remarkable. He commands the Jinn to follow him and free the souls of his kind, warning them that if Lucifer defeats Heaven, they are next.
They march on Hell is filled with treachery. Lucifer's army is even more massive than they could have imagined and his defenses too great. This part is in need of some work, but Moryark is tricked with the projection of his wife and loses hope and is captured. He is then beaten and tortured and brought before Lucifer. In his Grand Hall, Moryark is once again shown his wife and children as they are set on fire. Uriel appears and fights Lucifer only to be killed by him. He then drinks her light. This sends him over the edge and like Avatar the Last Airbender or Dragonball Z, he goes Super Saiyan, growing giant wings and unleashing a A-bomb of light. Before the explosion is even finished, he walks over to Lucifer who is now cowering in fear and is naked, and in an incredibly powerful voices commands him to release the souls he has captured or else whither and die. As his skin rots and his face melts, Lucifer agrees. Moryark saves the day, sees his wife in Heaven, is congratulated, and becomes the new Archangel, yada yada yada the end.
