I know, I posted about that in the sales thread.
I think it's there to draw Reggie out. "NSMBWii will outsell MW2...."

But it looks like alot of the sales were from the supermarkets in the UK where they were selling the game at anywhere from 30-45% off MSRP. Something about "Supermarket Wars" competing in prices, kinda like Walmart vs Amazon.com

still an impressive number regardless how of much they sold it for.

That's true. My brother got it for $20; no joke.

I played about 3 hours today on Hardened (I rarely start at the regular level). It's pretty damn fun, but nothing's really different. I do love the new weapons and HUD though. There is nothing better than opening up a laptop and sending a missile into 20 bogies. I also like the new sights for the guns and the new attachments. I literally rolled through a brazilian market switching back and forth from a semi-automatic rifle and a shotgun, killing everything - near or far - and I didn't even have to switch guns!

I also like the addition of civilians (though I hate the fact that your game ends when you shoot them). Playing as the bad guy is incredibly wicked because of civilians. Thee's a level where you roll through an airport killing everybody. I think I personally killed over 200 people

I haven't had the chance to play online cuz it requires a downloadable upgrade (already?!?!). I haven't played Special Ops either, though I heard it's awesome.

No, though I've been twice.

Plus if I were going to go to europe, I'd be in Amsterdam for the Cannabis Cup!

I was going to buy this tomorrow, but I was worried about being able to find it, so I ordered it from Amazon with surprisingly affordable (<$10) overnight shipping.

This is awesome.

I saw that when it was first posted and it is an awesome kill, but that is bullshit.
I would be pissed if that was the kill that lost the game for me.
The most incredibly lucky knife toss ever.

So the campaign is ridiculously short. I beat it in 4-5 hours on hard. And though I skipped the beginning "scenes" to each level, there is no way it should be so short.

Well, I'm off to play online.

The first one was just as short. It took me 5 hours the first time I played.

So you probably skipped 30+ minutes and the parts that make the story make sense....

I don't get your argument. Doesn't that make it worse?

No, its not like its any shorter or worse, honestly I wouldn't want "filler" because right now the game flows from point to point and is just awesome the whole time.

It took me about 6-7 hours on hardened which was plenty for me. Then you have Special Op's wish are just awesome then multiplayer. This is a much more full featured game than the 1st.

I consider 4-5 hours short and if the first one was just as short, don't you think they fucked up?

Is it just me or is this game not that visually impressive? The character models look good, but I saw a car in the game that reminded me of that Disaster: Day of Crisis screenshot.

Yeah, I didn't think it was all that great. It's very polished, but it doesn't push anything technically. It looks the same as COD4 and COD5. Very good animations, good models good level design, but mediocre lighting, textures, and shaders.
