And now for number four...
« on: July 07, 2009, 12:05:22 PM »
Yes, indeed. I am now expecting my fourth little one with my wife. The other 3, Olivia, Rebecca, and Natalie, are excited.

Olivia will be 5 in September, Rebecca turned 3 in March, and Natalie will be 2 in November. The new one is probably going to show up in March. Talk about a full house...

Are you hoping for a 4th girl?

If not, I hope you sent in a few XX soldiers instead of all your XY soldiers again.
Your gonna need a boy to keep you from going soft in your later years.

Yes, this is the final attempt at a boy, unless I pull a Tony Randall later down the road.

Congrats! I wish the best for you and your family.

Coincidentally, I had a dream last night where I had a son. Maybe it's a premonition?

P.S. BnM, not to be a prude or anything, but it should be "X soldiers instead of all your Y soldiers again" since human biology works with haploid sex cells. Also, men are XY while women are XX.

P.S.S. My parents were hoping for me to be a girl (I am the youngest out of four brothers), so I wish you better luck!

Wow you're right, can't believe I had that backwards.
So I guess he would need to send all his Y soldiers instead of his X soldiers, but since this is the final attempt, I hope you sent in a special team...

So if your 4th child is another girl, will you think about adopting a boy?

Or will you just accept the fact that, instead of connecting your old NES and showing a son what real games (like Contra and SMB3) are like, you'll be sitting around the family Wii playing Imagine: Tea Partyz?

Sad your girls will hate games if they have to play the terrible SMB2 Japanese version.

good for them! Why bother with a boy then? You're just breeding awesome girls that you'll have to keep guys like stevey away from, and how hard can that be?

do i really need to clarify that my posts in this thread are light hearted jokes? Because i feel like some people take me way too seriously

I have a niece and I could definitely see myself going to jail for her.

[Samuel L. Jackson] If any dude messed with her, I'd be dead on his ass like Spenser for fucking hire; I'd hunt him down and feed him his own testicles, AND I'd do it in a jiffy. And I don't care if his mama there, grandmama, innocent bystanders, little kids, babysitters, bill collectors, whatever! I'll leave his whole BLOCK filled with hot grass if I have to! And do you know why?! Because I JUST DON'T GIVE A ****! [/Samuel L. Jackson]

Same way for 3 younger sisters. When i was a senior in highschool, the eldest of the 3 started her freshman year at the same highschool, and i almost got into a fight with someone 3 times my size because he didn't realize i was her brother.

When I read this I took it to mean something completely different than what I ultimately decided you meant.

YOUR.  A form of the possessive case of the pronoun 'you'.

YOU'RE.  You are.
