I just had to go back and re-look at Killer7 to make sure my opinions on it looking like crap were still valid . . . and . . . it still looks like crap.

I guess "Stylized" works for describing boring unimaginative and plain graphics. /yawn

I swear, I fell in love with that game the moment I saw the trailer. "Pull the trigger!" just rang out in my head for days. When it came out, I was not disappointed. Well, at first I thought the game was weird. It was also a bit frustrating. After a while, I came back to it. I got over the rails issue and really enjoyed playing it. It seriously deserves at least a rent to try it out.


Unless of course, you're a jerk face.

EDIT: Dick face seems a bit rude, so I changed it.

I thought Killer 7 looked ugly until I actually played it.  So much awesomer in motion.  And it's not just cell shaded.  The world is like one big vertical gradient.  It's weird.  And awesome.

I prefer Gradius to gradient.  Maybe that's just me.  Usually vertical shmups are better, though.

I dunno.  I assumed it was a shoot-em-up.  Hence the comparison to Gradius.  I get the feeling I may have been wrong, though.  Because I've never heard of a game called gradient.
