Good call on the Persian bit, but I expect it was an English accent because Ubi is a Europe-based company.

I'd pay more attention to the second sentence, if it weren't for the first. Check out the tournament scene, then tell me how balanced the characters are.
Indeed. I was unaware I had an ally in this argument...
Look at the quote in my signature and you'll understand why I was so happy when I found it. I know perfect balance is nigh-impossible to achieve, but I'd be happy if SSBB is a game where even the characters considered top tier can still be beaten by a bottom tier character who has enough skill to overcome them. Right now, if the best Bowser player in the world fought the best Fox player in the world (and we know who that is,
Ken, who is the one solely responsible for putting Marth in the top tier), the result would be a 0-5 game with Fox likely not receiving over 50% damage.
And I don't want to hear that "It doesn't matter in regular play what happens in tournaments! LOL!" bullsh*t. I am a better Fox player untrained than I am a Bowser player who I consider my MAIN. Why? Because Fox is FASTER than my opponents' reflexes.
And if you STILL think it doesn't matter, let's not forget that SSBB will be experienced
ONLINE, and in the interest of every match not consisting of the same 3-5 characters, we NEED this game to be balanced.
Also, I wouldn't be surprised if Nintendo released updates which fine-tuned the game post release. They made a change to the SSBM releases where version 1.0 and version 1.1 made a change to Bowser's fire breath so they could likewise choose to do something along these lines for SSBB over Wii24.
