Sega and Zoe Mode's 3D-fueled platformer is a GameStop exclusive now, for the budget price of $19.99.

Crush 3D is coming out on March 9 in North America as a GameStop exclusive for $19.99, according to a tweet from Sega's official Twitter account.

Originally, the remake of a PSP game was slated for a September 2011 launch before it was delayed because of lackluster 3DS sales. From there, it was delayed to February, moved up to January, and then pushed back to March. The game came out in Europe in January.

A demo is available on the North American eShop. You can read our impressions of the demo here.

I played it on the PSP, and then I tried out the demo and liked it.  So I placed a pre-order at GameStop, and now that it's coming out tomorrow even better!  ;D

So is it called Crush3D or Crush 3D?

Sold!
Demo is great. The demo sold me on the game. I would not have been interested otherwise.
Thus, the power of a good demo.

I pretty unhappy about this.  Kinda sucks, from a consumer point of view.   I hate going to Gamestop (same as everyone) but more importantly, I think this means we won't be seeing any price-flexibilty with this game now.  It will always be $19.99, which is a very low price, I agree, but I'm a budget gamer and I like a lot of choice.  I got Nano Assault for $17 from Amazon, which is only $3 less than MSRP, but saving those $3 makes me feel good compels me to make a purchase even though I have a small backlog of 3DS games.   Now, I'm not going to buy this game until I have nothing to play on the 3DS.  With all the releases that the 3DS is getting now, I'm not sure if that's every going to happen.

Oh yeah, I know I have 2 sealed copies of that game.   1 is for trading.  But people who collect Amiibos?  They really have a problem!

As much as I enjoyed the demo, I just can't convince myself to care about this game as a retail title. If it was on the eShop I would definitely get it.

Not Sold! Price is $29.99 in Canada.
Good demo or not, that is just unacceptable.
