June was a crazy month for Nintendo fans with tons of news coming from E3.

In June I attended my first E3 with the site. I have to say, I had a really great time. It was a ton of fun getting to meet and interact with the staff face to face. Also, working as a elite team of Nintendo enthusiasts was very rewarding.
Nintendo's E3 could have been better, but I've seen and attended worse. Overall, getting to work as part of the NWR E3 team is an experience that I will never forget.

My second E3 with the team. Even though there was no big press showcase, and instead a mere Nintendo Direct, the news and demos were considerably more interesting than last year's Nintendo Land and Pikmin.
This month also saw the beginning of The Legend of Zelda: Symphony of the Goddesses Second Quest, the second year of the tour with all new orchestral pieces. It was bigger and better than ever!

My first month on staff was marked with E3, which I sadly didn't get to go to, and all the news that came with it.
One of the things that got me most excited in June was Nintendo reconfirming the new Super Smash Bros. on the 3DS. Since funds for the Wii U aren't there just yet, I was really excited to hear that this would still be coming to the handheld!
The first announcements about new Smash Bros. characters were also really exciting. Mega Man? Yes please. I wasn't sure then, and I'm still not sure now, how I feel about Wii Fit Trainer, but I guess we'll just see how it goes.
