Fire it up!

"Hmm. I'm qualified media. *looks around* HA HA HA HA! Surrender your souls to the abyss!" Er, I mean, E3 is just days away - I'm thrilled beyond digestion. I've got all my supplies together (KI Gold and shoes.) and I'm ready to rock (nerd it up). It seems like such a short time to get ready, and a hellishly long time to wait.

It's my first E3... man, I nearly got to go last year. Really. I'll finally get to meet my internet buddies (nobody else lives in the Valley of the Damned, Montana). Not only that, but run around E3, the parties, and rock the hardcore hotel room gamefests... watch out now, it's time for some KI Gold :D. People to meet, things to see, cool goodies to get (someone say, MVC2 contest?) - I can meet with people I've known for years... see shiny new games... get gobs and gobs of press kits, toys, trinkets, and whatnot. (Er, oh yeah, I've got to bring something back for my little sister's birthday... hmm)

Our own hotel will be filled to the brim with gaming nuts like ourselves - I don't doubt it a bit. It may very well be as cool as the show floor itself. Back where I come from, well, we like to organize huge, insane gamefests - I imagine the hotel alone will be that tenfold, and around-the-clock.

If I may get hopeful, maybe somebody will want to give me a job, or pay for my college... or maybe I'll meet Miyamoto, or a shiny new game system will land in my lap. Heh, I wish.

I'll try my darndest to IRC back to my undernet buddies from the hotel (I'm a total IRC addict)... #pokemon, "tha domain", #n64 (I'll beat up Arris, see you on the floor ;) )... watch our own Planet Chat, too.
