What color GameCube do the guys want? What will they be wearing at launch? That and other randomness brings the Blah Blah Blahing to a close.
Max: Hmmmm, I think there are only a couple other games for 2001. Nothing too noteworthy…
Colin: So enough about the games. Lets talk colors! Black or Indigo?
Max: Indigo for me.
I've been covering the GameCube in an obsessive fashion since before it was called Dolphin and following developments pretty continually for Planet since SpaceWorld 2000, when the system itself was revealed. Purple has always been the "main" color and it has just grown on me. Plus, I think it's different and unique... It goes along with that whole "the Nintendo Difference" very well I think.
Colin: I really don't care which color I get, but I know some small child will cry that I got the last Indigo prorder and he got stuck having to have a black one.
Max: Funny, most kids are writing me complaining saying they can't get the stores to guarantee black. It really is a big deal to some folks.
"WAAAAHHHHH! I didn't get the color I wanted!!!!
Max: I don't care about color either. I mean, I'm just happy as long as it works and plays games
Colin: Indigo Gamecube-$199, Black Gamecube-$199, Making a brat cry-Priceless

Max: Hahaha! How many controllers ya think you might get at launch?
Colin: I preordered one extra in spice, to match my launchday coveralls I am sewing to wear. I will pick up more when the first four player must have game comes along.
I will look fabulous on launch day with my matching controller.
Max: Yeah, for me that will probably be SSB Melee for me. I'll want at least an extra one or two for Monkey Ball and Wave Race probably
Max: I don't know what I'm wearing on launch day. Probably a fat man.
I hope not though
Colin: Wear a Bearded Burgermaster beard!
Max: Yeah! It would make me famous for BEARDS! Not for Burgers. It looks like it would keep me warm and toasty.
Colin: I was going to wear a karate kid headband and a hockey jersey, but Goodwill said there was a run on them right before E3.
Max: Talking about going all out! Anyway, we gotta get our crazy carcasses outta here. People are probably already lining up!
