Extreme Challenges have never been so fun.
Active Life: Outdoor Challenge became a million seller worldwide thanks to a charming style that recalled World Class Track Meet on the NES, with its classic Nintendo PowerPad gameplay and wide variety of challenges. With this formula already a proven success on Wii, Namco Bandai decided to step it up and bring us Active Life: Extreme Challenge.
The focus will once again be on providing exercise through fun mini-games that use the game mat as well as the Wii Remote. However, this time the challenges will be "extreme" thanks to the addition of street luge, base jumping, BMX biking, and even scaling the cliffs of the Grand Canyon. Fifteen mini-games will be available in the final game. Miis will also be used to represent the player, as in the first game.
Namco Bandai promises to deliver these extreme challenges next summer.
