An excuse to start beefing up your GameCube library if there ever was one.
One of Australia's major electronics chains, Dick Smith Electronics, has been having trouble moving their stock of GameCube games. And guess what, it's stocktake time at present. So, to move their stock, they've taken 50% off all their games. While you may think DSE only has boring third party titles for sale like The Adventures of Bland License Number Seven, Aussie gamers will be pleased to know that this includes games like:
While Super Mario Sunshine wasn't my favourite Mario title - $29 is just too good to pass up for the game. Pick it up if you don't have it. I picked up a copy of Eternal Darkness (there were six left after I bought my copy) for about $45, and I believe some places have Metroid Prime.
Dick Smith Electronics also has an online store, and I believe they accept international orders (don't quote me on that, though). If this is the case, it'd also be a great time for Europeans to pick up some REALLY cheap games due to the Australian dollar's low value.
