And it's not like every other Monster Hunter demo you may have seen.
The next demo up after Metaphor: Refantazio is going to be an interesting test of the Switch 2.
Capcom have confirmed a "prologue" demo for the Switch 2 version of Monster Hunter Wilds will be available starting on October 19. The demo is expected to be equal in content to the demo on the other platforms Wilds is on (PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series), with no online play but local multiplayer.
The reason for the difference is that unlike prior Monster Hunter demos which have presented two or three monsters to hunt in a mock multiplayer session, the Wilds demo is the game's opening and the save data will carry over to the final game.
